Evolv Systems will not send automated SMS messages outside the hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, in accordance with TCPA requirements. Messages initiated by the recipient (such as replies within an active conversation) may be responded to outside these hours.

To stop receiving messages at any time: Reply STOP to any SMS message from Evolv Systems. You may also opt out by emailing us or calling us at the contact information in the contact us section below.
How to opt out
You may revoke your consent to receive SMS messages at any time through any of the following methods:
Reply STOP: Text the word STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) in response to any message from Evolv Systems

Processing timeline

If at any point during an Echo conversation you wish to speak with a human representative, the system will facilitate an immediate handoff. If you wish to stop the conversation entirely, reply STOP.
